hello world!

yesterday was awesome!
because i got to see my favourite aunt and uncle after a very long period of three-four years!
and also my two beloved little cousins. awww.
how theyve grown. it wont be long now before they grow to be taller than me.
really cant express how happy i am, to see BobbyUncle and HorHorAhYi after so long.
i remember i used to stay over for long periods of time at their house to sorta babysit my little cousins. to put it nicely would be to say i was babysitting.
haha but in truth, i was really just enjoying myself and throwing all maturity that i had to the winds and getting childishly on my knees to play with them.
and night time would come, and we'd have dinner together, and if BobbyUncle comes home early for dinner he'd open a bottle of wine and all his wine are awesome!

i still remember when i was ten, and my mom and i went to Adelaide, Australia together with their family. BobbyUncle was there mainly for wine-testing, and that was where i learned to drink wine! we'd go to a vineyard, and while he was testing i would hide under the table and he'd slip me the glass while the staff wasn't looking. sometimes the staff were nice and just let me drink.
and every night we'd eat at a chinese restaurant (cos my mom doesn eat western, wth) and we'd order sizzling beef(oh that was where i learned to like beef too!) and he'd open a bottle of wine, and sometimes two, one red and one white, cos white was my favourite :)
and after we reached the hotel and had nothing better to do, cos for some odd reason the aussies close shop at like FRIGGIN 5PM, he'd open another bottle and i'll join him in the balcony for a glass :)

so yesterday we went to pass some tau sa pia from bangkok to them, but BobbyUncle had left shortly beforehand to play golf. awww.
and we did loads of catching up, and forgot the time, and just when we were about to leave, in comes my favourite uncle! :)
haha and up he went to his cellar, and appeared with a bottle of wine!
and proceeded to pour me two glasses :)
and as usual my mom decided not to finish hers and let me have it instead. AWESOME.

and it was all awesome, primarily because i got to see my favourite aunt and uncle, and not-so-little cousins. the wine was just secondary. REALLY. even without the wine i would have been elated just to get to see them!
the people who looked after me during the holidays when my mother was busy working and supporting the family, the people who, time and again offered help to us, and all that.
who looked after us as though we were their own when they still haven't had Brennan and Claudia.

i love em.
happy happy :)

oh and im trying to make sorbet now.
Sorbet Experiment 1 is cooling down before i put it into the fridge.
lets see how it turns out.

lol my mom saw and asked whether i'd put any vodka in it.
OMG WHY IS MY WHOLE FAMILY ADDICTED TO ALCOHOL.
